Choose Your LevelIs This for You?
You’re drawn to nature for restoration, learning and guidance. This space is for you if you want to:
-
Use meditation and embodiment practices in nature as a way of learning
-
Cultivate ecological awareness through lived, sensory experience
-
Develop perceptual skills rather than collect more information
-
Integrate nature-based practice into your life, work, or leadership
- Practice alongside others in a grounded, non-dogmatic community
You might be a practitioner, guide, facilitator, educator, leader or simply someone committed to practising in relationship with the living world. You might have experienced a Nature Quest or similar immersion and want to sustain the practice.
What is the Partnering with Nature Community of Practice?
A shared meditation, embodiment and learning space, centring on direct experience in nature using:
-
Nature-based meditation
-
Embodiment and sensory awareness practices
-
Perceptual training and deep listening
-
Reflection and integration into daily life and workÂ
These practices are used to cultivate ecological awareness:Â the kind of mind that acts as an extension of the living world, and perceives ourselves as part of it.
Together, we explore how sustained, embodied practice in relationship with land, water, and all living beings can:
-
Refine perception and attention
-
Develop relational intelligence with the more-than-human world
-
Inform how we live, lead, facilitate, and make decisions
It is grounded, experiential, and relational.
